The best way to schedule an appointment is to click on the Book Now button below this answer. It will take you to our Square Appointment page where you can pay a deposit and set up and appointment. Alternatively, you can fill out the CONSULTATION FORM and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your design, get you on the schedule for an in-person consultation or the tattoo appointment, and collect the deposit. 

We actually have availability a lot sooner than you think. We can usually get you in for a small or medium tattoo same day as long as you have a design or a reference and you are open to any artist. If a drawing is required, it may take a minimum of a few days. If you want a medium or large tattoo that requires designing and drawing, it may take a few days or a week to get you in. With drawings and designing, we require a deposit. Please fill out our consultation form. If you want a large to extra-large custom sleeve, leg sleeve or backpiece, it could be a minimum of a week to a month to get the drawings and designing accomplished as well as the consultation form and an in-person consultation which include pictures, mapping , initial sketches, references and discussions. Please fill out the consultation form and we will get back to you.

We currently do walk-ins  Monday through Friday noon to 8pm when we have availability. We usually have multiple artists available on the weekends but sometimes there is just one artist. We can still do walk-ins and we can even get to groups of people. We are usually only open for appointments on Sunday but you can still stop in and see. 

Our minimum walk-in price for normal average body parts is $60. Minimum on non-average  body parts (head,  hands, exotics) is $80. The minimum is sometimes lower when we have specials and Flash Sales. We always guarantee our tattoos and the price includes a free touch-up within the first year. 

Absolutely NOT!!! We will not tattoo if we can smell that you have been drinking. Drinking makes it hard for you to sit still, stay calm and not get up to use the bathroom every 20 minutes. Also, it makes your blood thin and it makes you an asshole. PLEASE DON'T DO IT!! If you are a Medical Cannabis user, that is fine with us but keep in mind that Cannabis can make you more sensitive. 

We will not tattoo any hate related , racist or gang related designs or themes. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 

The hourly rate varies by artist and is ion average $120 to $150 per hour. Usually we only use the hourly rate on pieces that will not be accomplished in one session. Hourly rate is for ongoing session pieces or larger pieces like sleeves and backpieces.  Sometimes the hourly rate may apply to pieces that are on painful areas or hard to work on areas like the rib cage, neck, collarbone, inner arm. 

Yes. Consultations are free and recommended.

You will meet with your artist on a set day and time for approximately 1/2 hour in order to review your vision as well as its location, sizing and details. If your tattoo appointment isn’t already booked, your tattooist will schedule you by the end of your consultation. It is also not uncommon for your artist to request you put down a deposit at this time in order to hold the spot.

We ask that you limit your visitors to only 1 extra person with you in the studio at a time. Contact your artist directly to see if we can accommodate an exception for special circumstances. 

We always allow certified service animals according to the state and local laws. We also don't mind small shorthair dogs especially if it help our customers sit longer. We may not allow the dog in the tattoo areas according to Colorado State Tattoo Shop regulations. We reserve the right to not allow any dog or pet in the door. Please call the shop to discuss your cute little furbabies.
